With the support of Sakcable, the annual real estate conference GREMO 2026 was held in Batumi. For the seventh time, the event brought together developers, investors, and leading industry experts to discuss the strategic directions shaping the development of Georgia’s real estate market.

As part of the conference, an industry panel discussion titled “From Concept to Operation – How a Premium Resort Is Created” was held. During the discussion, Sakcable’s Managing Director, Davit Kapanadze, spoke about the importance of high-quality electrical infrastructure and safety standards in modern development projects. He also highlighted the challenges that come with the rapidly growing real estate market.

“Today, competitiveness in the real estate sector is no longer defined only by architecture and refined design. Engineering safety, energy efficiency, and the quality of materials used in a building have become critically important. Modern projects require electrical infrastructure that not only meets technical requirements, but also ensures people’s safety and the long-term sustainability of buildings. That is why continuous cooperation with the development sector and the supply of products that meet international standards are especially important for us,” said Davit Kapanadze, Managing Director of Sakcable.

Sakcable has held a leading position in the local market for 67 years, offering customers both cable products and nearly 5,000 other products related to electrification. Today, products manufactured by Sakcable are exported to EU member states, the Middle East, and South America. It is also worth noting that before being delivered to customers, Sakcable products undergo detailed testing at the company’s accredited quality control laboratory operating within the factory.
