Georgia’s leading cable industry company, Sakcable, continues to expand its export footprint. This time, the company has exported its products to Slovakia, marking another significant milestone in the expansion of Sakcable’s export network across the European market.
This export transaction was preceded by the expansion of Sakcable’s production line. The company introduced an innovative product to the market – sector-shaped cables – which are now being actively supplied to European Union member states, including Slovakia.
“The export transaction carried out to Slovakia included sector-shaped cables, which are a completely new product for the Georgian market. Manufacturing this type of cable required extensive testing, high technical expertise, and significant effort. We are proud that this innovative product, manufactured at the Sakcable plant in full compliance with international standards, is already being successfully exported to the European Union market. The export transaction to Slovakia represents another important step forward in Sakcable’s continuous development and further strengthens the company’s position in the European market. We are proud that through our activities, we are contributing not only to the development of the local cable industry, but also to the growth of the country’s export potential,” said Davit Kapanadze, Managing Director of Sakcable.
Expansion into international markets is one of the key directions of Sakcable’s long-term development strategy. The company continues to enter new markets and aims to make high-quality products manufactured in Georgia even more recognizable worldwide.
For information: Sakcable has been exporting since 2010. In 2023, the company’s products entered European Union member states, and later expanded into the Middle East and the South American continent. Sakcable has maintained its position as the leader of the local cable industry for 67 years and offers customers up to 2,000 cable and electrification-related products. Sakcable’s products undergo detailed inspection in the company’s accredited quality control laboratory, both for local and international markets.
