Sakcable continues to expand its export network and deepen cooperation with international partners. This time, the company successfully completed its second export transaction to the Czech Republic, preceded by the granting of an international quality certificate by the Czech Electrotechnical Testing Institute (EZÚ) for Sakcable’s self-supporting ABC cables.
Due to growing international demand for Sakcable’s products, manufactured in full compliance with global standards, Czech partners visited the company’s production facility. During the visit, they had the opportunity to thoroughly observe the production process, machinery and equipment, quality control laboratory, and raw materials used. Discussions during the meeting focused on the prospects for increasing export volumes and strengthening future cooperation.
“We are delighted that our second export to the Czech Republic has been successfully completed. Sakcable’s position as a reliable partner in the global market continues to grow stronger. This is evidenced by the many international quality certificates and export transactions we already carry out across three continents. Today, we hosted our Czech partners at our factory and discussed deepening cooperation and the opportunities of entering other EU member countries. We are proud that with our cable products, we are able to support projects of different scales around the world,” said Davit Kapanadze, Managing Director of Sakcable.
“Our cooperation with Sakcable began in 2024, when we first met at an exhibition in the Czech Republic. From the very beginning, it was clear that thanks to the company’s high standards, its products would be highly competitive in the Central European market. The first six months of our partnership have been very productive. Today, during our second visit, once again seeing the production process on-site, we were greatly impressed by the steps Sakcable has taken in recent months – both in increasing production capacity and in demonstrating flexibility as a company. With the second export transaction, ABC cables have now been successfully delivered to the Czech Republic, and our next step will be to expand into neighboring markets such as Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, and Austria. I am confident that our cooperation will continue successfully,” said Michal Dittrich, Co-founder of MD Trade & Consulting s.r.o.
Sakcable has been exporting its products since 2010. In 2023, Sakcable entered the EU market, and in 2024, the Middle East region. On the local market, Sakcable has held the position of industry leader for 67 years, offering customers not only cables but also more than 2,000 different products related to electrification. One of the company’s key priorities is diversifying export markets and supporting import substitution within Georgia’s economy.
