This milestone is aimed at optimizing and streamlining the company’s business processes for greater efficiency.
Thanks to close collaboration between the Sakcable and BDO Digital teams, the ERP system was successfully implemented in a record time of just three months. The process involved several key phases, including data preparation and migration, process analysis and adaptation, system configuration, and more.
The introduction of the ERP system has enabled Sakcable to integrate its business operations into a centralized platform. As a result, the company can now manage sales, inventory, and financial processes from a unified, all-in-one software solution.
