How the Loyalty Card Works

Points are earned on purchases made across the Sakcable store network, based on the following principle:
- Cable products manufactured by Sakcable – 3% of the amount spent
- Schneider Electric products – 10% of the amount spent
- Other non-cable products – 5% of the amount spent
- 1 point = 1 GEL
- Points can be used to purchase products or as cashback.

How can I get a Loyalty Card?
Only identified customers can join the Loyalty Program. The card can be obtained with a one-time purchase of ₾1,000 or by reaching an annual turnover of ₾15,000. Loyalty Card can be obtained at Sakcable branches at the following addresses: bit.ly/4rKvhHZ
When can I use my points?
Points can be used 1 month after the purchase is made.
How long are the points valid?
Points are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of accrual, after which they are automatically reset to zero.
What happens in case of product return?
In case of product return, the points accrued for that transaction will be automatically deducted.
Is it possible to transfer points to another person’s account?
No. Points can only be redeemed to the personal bank account of the cardholder.
Will I accumulate points on every purchase?
Points are not accumulated on promotional or liquidation-priced products.
What should I do if I lose my card?
In case of card loss, the customer must immediately notify the company. The fee for issuing a new card is 10 GEL, which covers material and operational costs.
How can I terminate participation in the program?
Participation in the program can be terminated at any time based on a written request.
