Sakcable and Batumi Oil Terminal are launching a strategic partnership. The memorandum of cooperation was signed by Davit Kapanadze, Managing Director of Sakcable, and Bekzat Kaliyev, Director of Supply and Procurement at Batumi Oil Terminal. As part of the partnership, Sakcable will supply Batumi Oil Terminal with cable products needed for the implementation of various infrastructure projects.

Since 1883, Batumi Oil Terminal has been one of Georgia’s key strategic assets, reinforcing the country’s role as a transit hub on the global market. The terminal handles the transportation and storage of oil and oil products from countries such as Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan.

As the leading company in Georgia’s cable industry, Sakcable will support Batumi Oil Terminal by supplying critical infrastructure components and contributing to the implementation of new initiatives.

“We’re pleased to have successfully concluded the negotiation process, and through our partnership with Batumi Oil Terminal, we now have the opportunity to support initiatives of strategic importance for the country. This collaboration once again highlights our mission – to support both small- and large-scale projects with internationally certified, Georgia-made cable products, and to contribute to the country’s infrastructure and economic development. We believe this partnership will help strengthen local production and further position Georgia as a regional logistics hub,” said Davit Kapanadze, Managing Director of Sakcable.
